TWN Consulting attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi « Informatique et Libertés »).
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
We collect only the data that you voluntarily provide to us through our forms:
- Business form: sector of activity, description of your requirement, professional email address.
- Partner form: name of your organisation, type of organisation, envisaged collaboration model, professional email address, description of your requirement.
No tracking cookies are set: the website's audience measurement (Plausible Analytics) is anonymous and does not process personal data. Technical connection logs may be retained by our host for security purposes.
3. Purposes
- To process your request and get back to you.
- Where applicable, to qualify your requirement and act upon it, including by entrusting its fulfilment to one of our certified partner integrators (see §5).
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (obtained when the form is submitted) and on the legitimate interest of TWN Consulting in responding to your enquiries. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Recipients of the data
Your data is intended for the teams at TWN Consulting. In the course of our business, your request may be passed on to a certified partner integrator in order to act upon it; such disclosure is limited to the information strictly necessary to process your request. We also use technical sub-processors (OVH hosting, email routing). Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Retention periods
- Prospects with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then in accordance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations).
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is hosted and processed within the European Union (OVH hosting in France, Plausible audience measurement on European servers). No transfer outside the EU takes place.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
9. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@twnconsulting.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) (cnil.fr).
10. Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The audience measurement (Plausible) works without cookies and without collecting personal data; no consent banner is therefore required.
