Wi-Fi as your devices experience it, measured continuously
An audit takes a snapshot of the network at a given moment. Monitoring follows what your Windows devices experience over time: signal, roaming, network access. It is open on request, as part of a pilot programme.
The device's point of view, not just the controller's
A lightweight agent, installed on Windows 10 and 11 computers, continuously records time-stamped measurements.
Radio connection
Network (SSID) and access point (BSSID) in use, channel, signal level and quality.
Roaming
Access point changes, to spot devices that stay stuck or switch too often.
Network access
Tests to the gateway, DNS and the Internet, to tell a radio problem from a network problem.
Windows events
Wi-Fi connections and disconnections as recorded by Windows, placed on the timeline.
Radio environment
Neighbouring access points seen by the device: channel, band and received level.
Remote diagnostics
Network and throughput tests launched from the dashboard, without travelling.
A dashboard for quick decisions
Each device's status, history over a chosen period and detected incidents come together in a web console, accessed with named accounts.
- Device status and history over the chosen period
- E-mail alerts when an incident is detected
- Incident summaries to prioritise actions
- Access limited to the devices assigned to each account
- Agent updates deployed from the console, with no work on the device
What a one-off survey cannot show
Rare or intermittent incidents
Drops lasting a few seconds, DFS events, disconnections at certain times of day: continuous, time-stamped measurement links them to their cause.
Understanding DFS events →After an audit
Confirm over time the effect of the recommended corrections: radio settings, AP placement, channel plan.
See the Wi-Fi audit →After a deployment
Follow the go-live of a new network beyond the validation survey, on the devices people actually use.
Example: diagnosis after a Wi-Fi 7 rollout →Technical data, hosted in France
Hosting and access
- Hosted by OVH, in France
- Encrypted transmission over HTTPS
- Named accounts, access limited to assigned devices
Retention and framework
- Raw readings kept for 30 days, daily summaries for 90 days
- Processing governed by the contract and, where needed, a data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28)
